We've found that some newer versions of Java don't allow the sign on screen to load correctly.
If you are having trouble with the sign on screen showing up black, please try the following
steps to see if they resolve the issue. You may want to print this page for reference.
- Download this file
- Once you've downloaded the file, exit your browser
- Open the ZIP file, and double click on the Fix Java 7.cmd file.
- Try opening your web browser and signing in to the system again.
- If you continue to have the sign on screen display in all black (instead of giving you an area to enter a username and password), please contact Xtheta Support for further assistance.
